Recommended for: 10 - 25 pax (incl refreshments)
- 2pm - 2:30pm: Introduction on Project Dignity followed by a short tour.
- 2.30pm - 4pm: Hygiene briefing & distribution of aprons, hairnets and disposable gloves, allocation of Groups, followed by Cook and Bake Session. Participants will be cooking up to 2 dishes (eg. Rojak, Vietnamese Spring Roll, etc) which will be presented by our differently-abled colleagues. The event facilitator will guide everyone along.
- 4pm - 4.30pm: A taste of your own food creations and refreshments.
- 4.30pm - 5pm: Session ends with Reflection of the day.
Groups will be allocated into teams based on the number of persons, followed by a Hygiene Briefing and a Short Tour of Dignity Kitchen premises.
Participants will prepare two food items guided by differently-abled staff and facilitated by the Events team (selection of items will be subjected to availability of staff). Dishes prepared will be served at the High Tea Makan session to be enjoyed by the participants.
